In honor of Rubio dropping out of the presidential race, here are my thoughts:
He was basically this year's version of Mitt Romney, retooled as a shorter, stockier Hispanic male to capture more minority votes because it's all about minorities, isn't it? Obama won because of minorities, right?

Like the 2012 Romney model, he was sort of a moderate who veered sharply to the right in order to try to secure the nomination and by doing so, has turned off the moderates who are paying attention.
And, like the Mitt Romney model, underneath the surface of impressively flesh-like skin, human hair and amazingly far-apart eyes, you're never quite sure if he's a real person or a highly advanced example of how far the field of artificial intelligence has come.
