In the books, certainly.
Arya has wolf dreams very often at one point even taking out a band of mercenaries hunting her and her companions. Later, she also skin changes into a cat.
Jon Snow first wargs into Ghost in a Clash of Kings. Later he seems to be uncomfortable with doing it, though he definitely feels Ghost's presence most of the time and also knows what he is up too. He occasionally has wolf dreams when sleeping.
We aren't privy to Robb's point of view, but at one point, Robb's direwolf, Grey Wind locates an unknown track in the forest that leads them around an army in their path. This is obviously sentient behavior and I for one believe that Robb and Grey Wind's connection had much to do with it.
Similarly we don't have much information on Rickon, either, but it is pretty clear that the wolf picks up on Rickon's natural and irrational toddler rage.
Finally Sansa: Sansa's direwolf died before her warging abilities really started, though clearly her direwolf had an affinity with the ladylike Sansa. Some fans have speculated that Sansa wargs a bird in A Feast for Crows(though I don't read the passage that way, personally); others believe she has a sort of subconcious empathy that results from her latent abilities.
GRRM has confirmed that all of the Stark children are indeed wargs of varying powers.
